Model call questionnaire
***First of all, I want to be clear: This is for a MODEL CALL, not a giveaway session. In a model call session, I will be creatively directing the entire photo session… from location to activities to clothing choices. This session will take place in the family’s home in April. The family will receive 50 free images in exchange for their cooperation in this photo shoot, with the option to purchase more.
Thank you for being here and answering these questions! I want to get to know you and your family a little more, so that I can create images that are meaningful for both of us. Your answers here are such an important part of that process. Please answer honestly!
